The Golden Trumpet Awards are widely recognized as the premier awards program in the Midwest, celebrating excellence in communications, marketing, public relations and journalism. Audacity won the Gold Award, the highest honor, in the competitive Crisis Communications category for its “Libraries Under Attack: Crisis Readiness and Response" campaign for the American Library Association (ALA), which navigated a record-breaking year in book bans and increasing threats to libraries. The honor acknowledged Audacity's outstanding work in helping ALA and its members plan and prepare for worst-case scenarios and safeguard against attacks from pro-censorship groups, while driving awareness and support for intellectual freedom through strategic and creative storytelling.

“We are incredibly proud to have earned this coveted recognition for our work with ALA and grateful for the opportunity to support them at such a critical juncture for libraries across the country,” said Payal Patel, founder and principal of Audacity Communications. “This honor underscores our commitment to elevating our clients’ missions in meaningful ways and empowering them to transform crises into opportunities. This achievement reinforces our belief in the power of strategic communication and thoughtful storytelling to make a lasting impact.”

This recognition further bolsters Audacity's standing among them while only in its third year of operation.
